Protea - Protir 204M/C Transportable FTIR
MCERTS APPROVED GAS EMISSIONS MONITORING
Stack Emissions Compliance Testing | Back-up CEM | Suitable for WID and LCPD process for testing under EN 14181 or as a back-up to fixed CEM |
 |
- The Protea 204M/C is a high resolution multi-component FTIR analyser, designed for emissions monitoring of combustion plants, such as those that fall under WID and LCPD.
- The analyser is fitted with an integrated sampling control system that ensures conditioned sample gas passes to the analyser. This system contains temperature and pressure instruments that give a continuous status on the analyser's operation.
- The 204M/C contains an on-board zirconia oxygen sensor. This allows for the collection of oxygen results parallel to combustion gas results and gives the system the unique ability to actively correct for oxygen content online.
- The Protea 204M/C analyser is designed to be run with Protea Analyser Software (PAS). This allows for the continuous collection, labelling and storing of spectral data and concentrations from the FTIR.
- For measurement of combustion gases, PAS runs pre-defined analysis routines for 12 common combustion gases. Each analyser can be calibrated and configured at commissioning and after all maintenance work. Additional components can be added very simply.
- The 204M analyser is unique in that it is designed for both the MCERTS-professional monitoring user and also the plant operator who requires an easy to install and operate back-up to plant fixed CEM units.
