Protea is delighted to announce that it has been awarded UKAS/MCERTS accreditation for the measurement of particulates, oxygen and moisture to the following methods:

Particulates: BS EN 13284
ISO 9096
Oxygen: ISO 12039
Moisture: USEPA Method 4

The extension of scope complements Protea's increased work in combustion emissions particularly following the release of Protea's Protir 204M combustion gas analyser.

Mark Pinkney, Accounts Manager for Protea commented "These methods are used primarily in the combustion emissions market where Protea have recently experienced considerable growth. Being the only UK company to both build and use analysers in the field, we were amongst the first companies to carry out QAL2 monitoring for EN 14181 compliance. Our unique understanding of analysers allows us to provide a comprehensive service for all our customers including MCERTS accredited measurement of particulates and oxygen."

As part of Protea's continued growth, we have already committed to increasing our scope of accreditation still further in mid 2006.
