ProtIR 204M Analyser MCERTS Approval
Protea Ltd. has gained MCERTS approval for its ProtIR 204M analyser for use as a transportable analyser for emissions monitoring on waste incineration and large coal-fired combustion plant applications.
The 204M model of analyser is based on proven FTIR technology and is the first FTIR instrument to be specifically tested in order to meet the new EA guideline regarding transportable CEM systems.
This means the system is ideally suited to compliance emissions monitoring, such as that under EN 14181 testing, and also as a back-up system to fixed CEM systems. The unit is a complete self-contained CEM system, with on-board oxygen results from a zirconia sensor in parallel to FTIR gas results. With the options for analogue and digital IO, automatic zeroing, online correction of results for moisture, oxygen, QAL2 calibration functions and uncertainty, together with a short installation time, the 204M is really the choice for both MCERTS professionals for carrying out compliance monitoring and also plant operators wanting a cost-effective back-up to existing CEM systems. |
